I am responsible to maintain a 105,000 sq ft building which includes that much roof. The roof is in need of... replacement, but until that can happen Weathershield has come out on a very regular basis to locate and repair holes in the membrane in various locations. As you can imagine, the weather isn't always good when I call for help. Yet they come and are always cheerful, always professional, always grateful that they can help. In one instance I think that they needed to move roughly 2,500 sq ft of snow and slush to locate the point of entry. All with a smile. We had some work done to our building that is over 100 years old and Weather Shield did a great job making repairs to... the roof and replacing a large section of gutter. They were excellent with communication and letting me know what was going to be completed on a daily basis and then at the end of the day they communicated what was actually completed. They were completed in the time frame that they told me would be and every one was very nice and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.read more

We recently had our flat roof replaced at our restaurant - which are difficult to repair and we had a GREAT experience.... They were extremely professional and replaced our entire roof. We haven't had any issues since. If we had to call for something they would show up almost immediately and fixed the issue right then and there.
