Luke Gerald: Florida Branch Manager

Luke Gerald is the Florida Branch Manager for Hightower Industries: A Weather Shield Company.  He comes to the team with over 20 years of experience in Hospitality, Property Management and Sales.  He is passionate about serving our clients and supporting the team to ensure that our level of quality and service are unmatched.  

Luke currently resides in Gulf Shores, AL with his wife Amber, his son Fischer and his daughter Annabelle.  Faith and family are the most important things in his life, but he also has passion for the outdoors and enjoys hunting and fishing. Most weekends are spent traveling the south in their RV as a family or out on the water enjoying the backwaters of coastal AL.  

As the Branch Manager for Hightower Industries: A Weather Shield Company Luke is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, supporting and training team members, locate areas of improvement and taking on new challenges, all while working to grow the business through customer satisfaction and integrity.

Now a member of the Weather Shield team, he is passionate about helping building owners find effective, cost-saving solutions for their commercial roofing needs. With a focus on extending roof life while reducing overall costs, he is proud to support Weather Shield’s mission: We Stop Roof Leaks!

He looks forward to connecting with property owners to schedule inspections and offer expert guidance on maintaining and protecting commercial flat roofs.
