The Nexus Center at Weather Shield Roofing Systems is more than just a new headquarters—it’s the embodiment of our people-first philosophy. Located in Wyoming, MI, the Nexus Center anchors a three-part campus that includes our Leadership Hub, the Weather Shield Life Center, and our Operations Center. It’s designed to foster purpose, growth, and community, aligning with our long-standing mission to care for people as much as we care for roofs. Every inch of the Nexus Center was intentionally built to invest in our team’s personal and professional development, knowing that when our people thrive, our customers receive the very best service and results. The Nexus Center isn’t just where we work—it’s where our vision, culture, and commitment come to life.

The Great Room
The 6,000-square-foot Great Room includes a coffee bar, sitting and meeting areas for collaborative working, a large, adaptable space with a portable stage and complete audio-visual equipment–able to accommodate groups of 10 to 200 people for gatherings of all kinds–and a smaller living room for intimate meetings and gatherings.
We host internal meetings as well as employee events in this space!
Work Hard, Play Hard
The Knight Club and The “Jim”
The Knight Club is an upstairs lounge and bar area for casual get-togethers, after-hours drop-ins, and game nights. We’ve hosted quite a few mixers and events in this space!
The Jim (Yes, spelled with a “J”)
- A gym and recreation room featuring pickleball, basketball, indoor soccer, and a golf simulator.
- This is more than fitness—it’s stress relief, connection, and play.
The Nexus Center also has a patio with outdoor seating, a fire table, grill, and pizza oven for open-air collaboration or just enjoying a nice Michigan evening.

Weather Shield University
Weather Shield University offers hands-on skills labs and in-depth classroom learning to build mastery in commercial roofing systems, safety, leadership, and personal development—empowering our team to deliver the highest quality service to our customers.
We also host a bi-annual Safety Day each year to refresh our skills and prioritize safety.
