We’re excited to announce that Weather Shield Roofing Systems has been named one of Energage’s Top Workplaces! But what makes us a top tier workplace? As one of the nation’s most credible employer recognition programs, Weather Shield employees participated in the Energage Workplace Survey which gathered employee feedback about the company’s culture.
From there, the survey data was then evaluated against Top Workplaces’ benchmarks derived from over 23 million surveys at over 70,000 organizations. According to Top Workplaces, less than 3% of eligible organizations earn a Top Workplaces designation.
When it comes to company culture, many business leaders make the mistake of fixating on singular aspects of an employee’s life or particular benefits and incentives, rather than considering and caring for the individual as a whole.
